One big category M&M’S has always tapped into is music. M&M’S connects with music through immersive brand experiences, focusing on belonging and community. It has also been something we jump on for social if there is any buzz for artists announcing new music. Album art specifically is something we have loved to recreate with our characters. It has been something our users resonate with and these posts have proven to perform really well.
Taylor Swift inspired Creative
Internal Partner: Danimarie Roselle
Created an organic social post inspired by Swift’s tease leaning into M&M’S brand messaging “it’s more fun together” and pushing the brand to be relevant in a huge cultural moment. We pushed this creative live within a few hours of the initial announcement. Being one of the first brands to tap into this on social. The post went viral, leading People magazine to reach out interested in printing a full-spread inspired by the viral social post.
